Event Description
This month I will be taking a break from cooking, instead I'm thrilled to introduce a guest speaker from Travelling Tea, a company specializing in fair trade and organic teas.
Kateri will give an informed class on the origins of tea, the correct brewing of tea, and of course, a sampling of teas from around the world.
The Queen's Cuisine will offer a selection of 'Afternoon Tea' food items to compliment the hot tea selection.
