The People in Business networking group invites men and women of the business community to their upcoming meetings. Visitors are encouraged to attend at all locations. The next O’Fallon meeting will be held Tuesday, October 5th at the Holiday Inn Express, Dierberg Plaza, Greenmount Rd., O'Fallon, IL. All meetings are scheduled from 8:30-9:30 a.m. For a current schedule of all dates and locations, please visit the website at www.peopleinbusiness.ning.com. The speaker will be Steve Hasser, St Louis Money Coach. He will be discussing the topic of consumer credit and small business. As a certified Financial RecoverySM coach, he works with many amazing people on their relationship to money. He helps them address everything from how to break out of the debt cycle to coping with inheritance issues. He looks at how to handle and spend money in a way that truly takes care of them and creates a satisfying life.
People in Business is designed to help build a support system and outreach connection for companies. It provides an informal networking format and a convenient information exchange resource group. Membership is free. The $5.00 fee includes a snack breakfast and a drink. Attendees are encouraged to arrive ten minutes early to network before the meeting and bring extra business cards or brochures. Door prizes are always welcomed. For additional information call Cyndi Brown at 618-530-5965.
Some time back you asked me about EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). I thought I had left you an answer, but had not heard from you. I am quite familiar with EFT, as I taught it during a series of programs I gave in Tokyo. I prefer the power of NLP, than the Callahan method, out of which EFT developed, but I am versed in it. It involves a seeming simplistic tapping of specific points on the head, chest and hand, while saying an affirmation and can result in miraculous changes in a person's attitude, habits, and even physiology. It is relatively easy to teach, and then it is a matter of practice. Dr. Joe Craig
