- The Entrepreneurship Center provides one on one counseling services to high growth potential firms in Southwestern Illinois. We will assist you in business plan development, market research and overall business coaching. Our services are free thanks to the support of the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity and SIUE. We also provide training and educational events. In addition, we offer Challenge Awards up to $5,000 for businesses to use for professional services. Please call us to see how we can help your business grow and succeed!
