Serving Afternoon tea's at the Map Room in St Louis on the second Sunday and fourth Friday of every month.

Presenting cooking classes at Dierbergs Cooking Schools, Missouri Botanical Gardens and the Kitchen Conservatory.

A large selection of scones and other traditional British baked goods are available at Tower Grove Farmers' Market and Land of Goshen Community Market May through November and Mapelwood Farmers' Market and St Louis Community Farmers' Market November through April.

Hi Jane,
I really enjoyed your cooking class at the Oatman House last evening. You do such a great job of teaching the class. It was easy to understand what you were doing and inspiried me to want to go home and try some recipes I hadn't made before. Your sense of humor and wonderful accent makes it such an enjoyable experience and the food was wonderful!! I highly recommend your classes. Thank You!

Jane...my daffodils are blooming...this makes me very happy! Last weekend we had our annual Daffodil Show at the Botanical Garden. I shall bring a bouquet of daffs to the next PIB meeting.

Souper Soups was a SUPER cooking class! The soups were delicious and the recipes were very straight forward. Thanks again for another wonderful cooking session at the Oatman House.

Edwardsville PIB Meeting for April 2012 at GC Cuisine

April 24, 2012 from 11:30am to 12:30pm
The Edwardsville PIB Meeting will be held at GC Cuisine located at 1230 University Drive, Edwardsville, IL  62025 on Tuesday, April 24.  We now hold a lunch meeting that runs from 11:30 until 12:30.  GC Cuisine will provide a lunch buffet for $10 per person including drinks (coffee, tea, water).  RSVP will be required and may be done by selecting the RSVP button on the event page on the PIB site or by emailing Bruce McLaughlin at jbmcl@wildblue.net or…See More
