I really enjoyed your cooking class at the Oatman House last evening. You do such a great job of teaching the class. It was easy to understand what you were doing and inspiried me to want to go home and try some recipes I hadn't made before. The Edwardsville PIB Meeting will be held at GC Cuisine located at 1230 University Drive, Edwardsville, IL 62025 on Tuesday, April 24. We now hold a lunch meeting that runs from 11:30 until 12:30.
