Event Description

Along with our regular networking activities, Jennifer M. DeLatour of JD Consulting will be our guest speaker.  Jennifer will talk about "Effective and Legal Hiring Practices and Minimizing Employment Risk".

Jennifer has over 13 years of Human Resources experience as a Human Resources Manager, Generalist and Recruiter, both in the private and government sectors.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Leadership from the University of Illinois, a Master of Arts in Business Management and Leadership and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Webster University.  Jennifer currently serve in the Illinois Air National Guard as a Captain, with experience in Human Resources and Health Administration.
She have worked in both a non-union and union environment and is knowledgeable in employee and labor relations.

Helping small to medium-size employers minimize employment risks to ensure financial success.  As a Human Resources Consultant, Jennifer provides assistance in the following areas:
