 r seekers. The class will review major concepts, record-keeping requir
 ements, and tax saving strategies involved when preparing a corporate 
 tax (1120 or 1120S) return and sole-proprietor or sole member LLC-Sche
 dule C. \n \n\"A major component of operating any business is the un
 derstanding of how taxes will impact the profit and operations of the 
 company.  This class surveys the multiple types of tax which are pert
 inent to businesses.  A business owner or manager needs to comprehend
  the deadlines and requirements for payroll rules and taxes as well as
  the multiple forms of taxation or regulated benefits which will direc
 tly relate to their operations.  Proper understanding of these items 
 can decrease the likelihood of penalties, offer tax planning advantage
 s, and help to increase overall profitability\"\n \nAdditional topics
  include: Employment and payroll tax form preparation and calendar of 
 due dates (including the Form 1099 and W-2, W-4, W-9, and I-9), the Af
 fordable Health Care Act, business use of home, auto expenses, meals a
 nd entertainment, depreciation, rental properties, and a basic survey 
 of benefit plans.  This class will be in a workshop format and will i
 nclude all applicable materials and publications.\n \nThe fee for thi
